🔎We are looking for a Release Manager
📌 Main Tasks
- Negotiate, plan, and manage all release activities
- Prepare delivery packages for submission to the production team
- Ensure pre-production chain runs smoothly and anticipate impacts in production
- Analyze discrepancies between bench chain and production environments
- Communicate release details and schedules to business stakeholders
- Enhance release processes, CI/CD pipelines, and automation effort
👤 Your Profile & Skills
- Proven experience as Release Manager or in a delivery-related role
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented languages (C# / Java)
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Bash / PowerShell)
- Solid experience with SQL and relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, Sybase)
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban)
- Good understanding of code versioning and CI/CD tools (Git, Jira, Bitbucket, Jenkins, XLDeploy)
- Knowledge of TDD/BDD practices
- Experience with orchestration tools (Control-M, Airflow)
- Knowledge of Hadoop (valued)
- Fluency in English (minimum B2 level)
- Proficiency in French (valued)
- Financial knowledge (highly valued)
- Excellent communication skills, innovative mindset, and proactive attitude
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
