* Job No. 915 Operations & Monitoring
- Administer and support Windows Server estates on VMware and Azure.
- Perform start-of-day checks, monitoring and alert review.
- Manage Azure IaaS infrastructure, including VMs, networking, storage, backup and monitoring.
- Support infrastructure for Microsoft Dynamics, DNS and general platform services.
- Provide occasional support for a small GCP footprint. Identity, Security & Microsoft 365
- Administer Entra ID and hybrid Active Directory, including synchronisation and identity lifecycle.
- Apply security and least-privilege standards across cloud and on-premises environments.
- Support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange. Service Management & Automation
- Handle incidents and service requests via ITSM and Azure DevOps (ADO), including root cause analysis (RCA).
- Raise and implement changes through the Change Advisory Board (CAB).
- Automate repetitive tasks and provisioning using PowerShell, Terraform and ADO pipelines.
- Maintain documentation and runbooks in Confluence. Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Hands-on Microsoft Azure IaaS experience, including VMs, networking, storage, backup and monitoring.
- Entra ID and hybrid Active Directory administration.
- Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange.
- Experience with DNS and general infrastructure services.
- Experience with ITSM processes, including incident, request and change management and CAB, and with Azure DevOps Boards.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills. Nice to Have
- VMware experience.
- Terraform and Azure DevOps pipelines.
- Microsoft Dynamics infrastructure support.
- Exposure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Qualifications No mandatory qualifications were provided. The following certifications are desirable:

€35,000–€40,000, depending on experience and suitability for the role.
