Overview

Paid Search Senior Specialist at Indie Campers – join the Growth team to develop and execute paid search strategies that maximize nights offered, optimize cost per night sold, and manage cost of sales as a percentage of revenue. You will manage paid search campaigns, analyze performance data, and implement optimizations to support growth and profitability. You will report to the Growth Executive and work closely with the Revenue Management team.

What you will work on

- Paid Search Strategy: Develop and implement paid search strategies to increase qualified demand through paid search channels.
- Campaign Management: Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads) to maximize performance.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
- Cost Optimization: Optimize cost per night sold while maintaining quality and achieving revenue targets.
- Budget Management: Manage paid search budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation and achievement of financial goals.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance indicators related to paid search, including nights offered, cost per night sold, and COS.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Align paid search strategies with overall business goals.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and innovation in paid search activities.
- Industry Insights: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to ensure effective and innovative paid search strategies.

Who we are looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in paid search marketing, digital advertising, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of paid search strategies and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in paid search tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
- You thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable with ever-changing situations.
- You are motivated by taking ownership of your tasks and driving continuous improvement.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
