We are working with a leading organisation seeking aSalesforce Business Analystto join a strategic Salesforce programme on acontract-to-hire basis. This role is ideal for a consultant who enjoys working closely with stakeholders, translating business needs into clear Salesforce solutions, and being hands-on during delivery with a long-term opportunity in mind.You will be embedded within the delivery team, working3 days onsite in Lisbon , supporting key business initiatives across Salesforce platforms.Key Responsibilities
Act as theprimary bridge between business and Salesforce delivery teams , leading requirements discovery, analysis, and documentation.
Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to define business processes, pain points, and future-state Salesforce solutions.
Translate business requirements intoclear user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
Support end-to-end delivery across Salesforce initiatives, from discovery through UAT and go-live.
Collaborate closely with Salesforce Architects, Developers, and Product Owners to ensure solutions align with business outcomes.
Support change management, adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives.What We're Looking For
Proven experience as aSalesforce Business Analystin enterprise or multi-country environments.
Strong understanding ofSalesforce core platforms(e.g. Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).
Experience working inAgile delivery teams(Scrum / SAFe).
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Comfortable working3 days onsite in Lisbon.
Fluent in Portuguese (English is a plus).What's on Offer
