Ready to jumpstart your career in recruitment and talent acquisition? English Language and Literature is looking for an enthusiastic Recruitment Specialist Intern to help us find top talent and gain hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
Your Role & Responsibilities
1. Create Engaging Job Postings: Write compelling job descriptions and advertise openings on top platforms.
2. Sourcing Talent: Use various recruitment channels like social media and job boards to attract the best candidates.
3. Screen & Interview Candidates: Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and identify top candidates for hiring managers.
4. Offer Preparation: Assist in preparing and sending job offers to successful candidates.
5. Smooth Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all candidates from start to finish.
6. Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with our recruitment team to align hiring strategies and meet goals.

1. Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
2. Ownership of tasks, with a passion for meeting deadlines and achieving results.
3. A proactive and detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills.
4. Interest in recruitment, with previous experience or studies related to HR or recruitment (a big plus).
