Job Description

We are part of Merkle, a leading global agency in digital transformation focused on improving customer experience and creating world‑class solutions for clients.

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant to work on projects for top global players, applying the latest marketing automation technology in a fast‑growing environment. The role can be based in Prague or Serbia and offers a hybrid workplace. You will report to the Marketing Services Manager.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform for clients.

- Build, test, execute, and optimise customer journeys and marketing campaigns.

- Work with customer data to create segments and data models that meet client requirements.

- Create content personalisation using AMPscript.

- Automate processes within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

- Advise and consult clients on how to maximise platform value.

- Conduct workshops with project partners.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Fluent spoken and written English (Czech not required).

- At least 3 years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

- Additional knowledge of SAP Marketing Cloud, Braze, or Adobe Experience Platform is a plus.

- Deep knowledge of HTML, CSS, and SQL.

- Team player with a friendly attitude.

- Ready to accept new challenges and avoid routine work.

- Able to communicate technical aspects to internal and client teams.

- Familiar with digital marketing concepts such as email marketing, IP warm‑up, audience segmentation, omnichannel journeys, data modelling.

- Experience with JavaScript, APIs and Postman is a plus.

- Interest or experience with Marketing Cloud Personalisation (Interaction Studio) or Data Cloud is a big plus.
