About the Role:We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic German-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our team in the beautiful city of Porto, Portugal. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our German-speaking customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, providing accurate information about our products and services
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and ensure a seamless customer experience
- Exceed customer satisfaction and performance metrics
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in German (C1 level) and English (B2 level)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Prior customer support experience is advantageous, but not required
