Your mission will be

- Lead the monthly financial close, ensuring timely and accurate reporting across systems.

- Compile and submit departmental Balance Sheet and P&L to global reporting platforms.

- Advise the operating business on accounting issues and special transactions.

- Maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders – including local management, headquarters, auditors, and cross‑functional teams.

- Support the implementation of new accounting standards and business‑specific regulations.

- Perform and enhance internal controls to ensure compliance and transparency.

- Contribute to special projects such as M&A transactions and regulatory changes.

- Actively participate in cross‑functional initiatives, including digitalisation efforts in accounting.

Digital Skills & Innovation

- Champion the use and transfer to the newest SAP FI version the implementation of other digital tools to streamline accounting workflows. Apply advanced Excel and data analytics to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.

- Embrace automation, data visualization, and digital collaboration platforms to enhance transparency and decision‑making.

- Stay curious and proactive in exploring emerging technologies in finance and accounting.

We are looking for someone with

- A degree in Business Administration, Accounting & Finance, or a related field.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounting, Assurance, or similar roles.

- Strong critical thinking, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

- A proactive mindset and ability to thrive in a dynamic, digital‑first environment.

- Proven team collaboration and interpersonal skills.

- Willingness to travel and adapt to evolving business needs.

- Fluency in English (mandatory) and one additional language.

- Proficiency in SAP FI, MS Excel & Office, and a strong interest in digital tools and automation.
