Responsibilities

- You will be resourceful, using analytical skills to gather answers and present high‑level business proposals confidently to senior staff.

- You will possess strong decision‑making, exceptional organization, and meticulous attention to detail.

- You will focus on speeding up key business processes, minimizing risk, and supporting the Corporate Services (CS) team through a project‑management approach.

- You will think strategically while also providing operational support.

Qualifications

- Bachelor or master’s degree (or equivalent qualification).

- +5 years' experience in a similar environment or semiconductor industry.

- Solid background in contract law across EMEA jurisdictions.

- Collaborative, proactive, assertive, and committed to excellence.

- Ability to quickly understand business needs, anticipate risks, and recommend risk‑management solutions.

- Attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.

- Excellent planning and organizational abilities.

- Capacity to work under pressure and adapt within a small international team.

- Experience in an international, highly regulated, commercial environment.

- Self‑motivated and capable of working independently.

Great to Have

- Experience in IT and digital contracting (e.g., SaaS and cloud‑computing agreements).

- Additional language skills (e.g., French, German) with English as the corporate language.

- Experience implementing initiatives within a diverse global organization.
