Job Description:
At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Training & Development Specialist to join our UniQue team.
1. Identifying training needs and developing effective learning solutions.
2. Planning and overseeing a diverse training portfolio, including Technical, Soft Skills, and Corporate training.
3. Managing external training providers, procurement processes, and digital learning subscriptions.
4. Coordinating specialized training with Institutions.
5. Organizing learning events, induction programs, and team development initiatives.
6. Providing guidance on professional development and facilitating staff participation in training programs.
7. Collecting feedback, assessing training effectiveness, and enhancing learning initiatives.
8. Handling course enrollments, maintaining records in the Training Management System (TMS), and monitoring training budgets.
Requirements
What will you be bringing to the team?
1. 3 years of higher education after secondary school with a minimum of 3 years in a related field.
2. Experience in managing learning/training and professional development activities for a large organization.
3. Experience in facilitating team building.
4. Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate).
5. Demonstrated skills in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint.
6. Ability to exercise judgment of priorities, organizing multiple tasks with high priorities and working with minimal direction.
7. Advanced organizational skills and attention to detail.
8. Ability to take initiative and a flexible approach allowing the incumbent to respond reliably and competently to changing requirements in a demanding environment.
9. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of the Institution and customer organizations.
10. A very good level of written and spoken English is required (minimum B2).
