Overview
We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Designer to join our Performance Team. In this role, you will craft digital assets for performance campaigns — ranging from display ads and in-app communications to newsletters and website content. You'll work closely with our client and collaborate with the broader creative team to bring innovative, on-brand designs to life.
Responsibilities
1. Design & Development: Conceptualize and produce high-quality digital assets (display ads, in-app messaging, paid social media, newsletters, website banners, etc.) that meet performance objectives.
2. Collaboration: Partner with copywriters, project managers and creative leads to develop integrated performance campaigns and ensure designs aligned with campaign strategies and client expectations.
3. Brand Consistency: Adapt creative concepts across various digital channels while maintaining brand guidelines and consistency.
4. Feedback & Revisions: Manage feedback from clients and internal teams, iterating designs quickly in a fast-paced environment.
5. Innovation: Stay current with design trends and digital best practices to continually elevate our digital performance output.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
2. 2+ years of experience in digital design, whether in an agency or integrated marketing environment.
3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and familiarity with design tools such as Sketch or Figma.
4. A strong portfolio showcasing digital design projects across multiple channels.
5. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
6. A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating designs that drive performance.
