- Spearhead customer-centric initiatives to elevate our client's SaaS offering within the Customer Experience team.
- Foster collaboration with diverse teams including product managers, analysts, engineers, and QA experts on strategic roadmap and client projects.
- Lead the entire design journey, from insightful research and prototyping to captivating UI and visual design.
- Dive deep into user research and competitive analysis to craft designs that resonate with users.
- Craft scalable customer experience solutions with an emphasis on usability and efficiency.
- Play a pivotal role in shaping a modular design pattern library for seamless experiences across platforms. What you need:
- 5+ years UX/UI design experience, with a design-related degree and a tech-driven passion.
- Effective collaboration with engineering and QA teams, translating requirements into product features.
- Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Atomic design principles.
- Skilled in responsive interface design across mobile and web platforms.
