On‑Site User Support & Content Policy Analyst (24/7 Rotative)
Are you fluent in Italian and English, possess excellent service skills, and are ready for an essential On‑Site role with a mandatory rotative 24/7 schedule? We are seeking adaptable and dedicated professionals for this dual‑role. Native fluency in Italian and professional proficiency in English are required to manage complex user issues and uphold safety standards on a leading global digital platform. The position is strictly On‑Site at the LACS Anjos facility and requires full commitment to a rotative 24/7 shift pattern.

The Mission

This is a high‑stakes operational role blending front‑line customer interaction with back‑end content enforcement. You will serve as a primary contact for high‑priority Italian‑speaking users experiencing account, security, or complex platform rule issues. Concurrently, you will analyze user‑generated media rapidly, applying detailed policy guidelines to identify and act upon breaches such as harassment, security threats, or legal violations.

Key Analyst and Support Functions

- Deliver consistent, high‑quality resolution to Italian user inquiries across various support channels (chat, email, and potentially phone).

- Perform precise, objective analysis of potentially violating content in both Italian and English against complex community and policy standards.

- Maintain stringent quality assurance standards by accurately classifying issues (both support and content) and documenting all actions taken.

- Participate in collaborative team environments On‑Site at LACS Anjos to share insights from user feedback and emerging content abuse trends.

- Strictly adhere to the mandatory On‑Site, rotative 24/7 shift schedule required for continuous global platform operation.

The Ideal Candidate Profile

- Near‑native speaker of Italian and fully proficient in English.

- Superior communication, empathy, and decision‑making capabilities.

- Strong emotional resilience and discretion when dealing with frustrated users and sensitive content.

- Commitment to the mandatory On‑Site work model and 24/7 rotative shift schedule (including nights and weekends) at the LACS Anjos facility.
