What we're looking for:
Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders within the banking domain.
Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
Utilize strong SQL skills for data analysis, validation, and to support data-related requirements.
Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure solutions meet business needs and quality standards.
Support the testing phase by defining test scenarios and assisting with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Act as a subject matter expert on banking processes, ensuring compliance and alignment with industry standards.
Facilitate communication between business units and IT teams to manage expectations and project scope.
