About the role:

As a Procurement System Administrator, you will play a crucial role within our Procurement Operations Team for Europe. Your primary responsibilities will include enabling the supplier in the tool and providing training to them.

The Supplier Enablement Initiative aims to integrate our suppliers into the SAP Ariba Supplier Network, enhancing efficiency, compliance, and communication. This project focuses on centralizing supplier information and transactions within the Ariba system. By leveraging SAP Ariba's advanced procurement technology, we aim to reduce cycle times, improve operational efficiency, and foster stronger, long-term relationships with our suppliers.

What you will do:

1. Provide first-line support to internal stakeholders regarding supplier enablement requests and local ad-hoc issues.
2. Provide first-line support to suppliers regarding questions on SAP business network and/or Advanced Shipping Notification submission.
3. Lead enablement process for new suppliers.
4. Collaborate closely with IT to fix issues and optimize existing business processes.

Who you are:

1. Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, or equivalent field.
2. Experience with SAP business network/Ariba SCC is a plus.
3. Organized and pro-active.
4. Excellent communication towards external and internal stakeholders.
5. Preferred minimum of two years of experience in procurement or purchasing.
6. Familiarity with Office 365 and SAP Business Network.
7. Flexible - readily adapts to change and new systems and methods.
8. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
9. Fluent in English - All Applicants are requested to deliver their CV in English language.
