About the department

Your new department ERP Sales covers all the various inbound orders from across the globe – from customer service, direct EDI, Value Added Networks, CRM, iPhone Apps, B2B webshops – you name it – we have it. We also look after customer pricing, 3rd party logistic providers, customer invoicing and more. Covering almost 50 direct markets, our team is at the crossroads of Coloplast's commercial ambitions, enabled by our innovation and product development teams. We are also in the driving seat when it comes to merger and acquisition activity – Coloplast has made multi-billion dollar investments, which we get a driver seat view to merging with existing processes and systems. About the job

Your role will be a key contributor to our ERP sales team – covering process redesign, continuous improvements, project opportunities, and some 3rd level support. You'll be exposed to our change management processes and our med tech culture, giving you a unique insight into one of Europe's largest med tech enterprises.

Your responsibilities
  1. Provide expert analysis on JDE/Enterprise One
  2. Manage and maintain the sales/pricing/EDI/Integration modules of our Oracle E1 ERP system
  3. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of sales data
  4. Design and see through to implement sales analytics
  5. Provide 3rd level support and transition to support activities
  6. Work closely with the ERP sales and finance teams to ensure the ERP system meets the needs of the organization
  7. Support the organization's commercial goals
  8. Produce high-quality documentation (user training, change/design requests etc)
  9. Utilise new E1 technologies, like orchestrator, UDO's, E1 pages and BIP Reports
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in IT, business, accounting, or a related field
  2. Min 5+ years of experience with the E1 ERP system, specifically with its sales modules
  3. Strong understanding of sales processes and accounting principles
  4. Strong knowledge of the E1 ERP system and its sales/pricing/inventory modules
  5. Strong leadership & negotiating skills to navigate project requirements vs best practice E1 design
  6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  9. Strong E1 technical background
  10. Strong SQL and excel skills
  11. Transform/Presenter (Bottomline Technologies)
  12. Krise Systems (webshop system)
  13. Multiple E1 project delivery in similar roles across Sales/EDI/Pricing/Inventory/Invoicing
  14. Consulting or consulting-like background
Preferred qualifications
  1. Prefer 10+ years of experience with the E1 ERP system, specifically with its financial modules.
  2. Oracle certification
