Join PARFOIS' Architecture, Construction & Maintenance Department and play a key role in the global expansion of one of the fastest-growing fashion retailers.
As a International Retail Construction Project Manager, you will lead store opening and refurbishment projects across international markets, ensuring high-quality execution, compliance, budget control, and seamless coordination between internal stakeholders and external partners.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the delivery of new store openings and refurbishment projects across international markets.
- Coordinate all project phases, from planning and technical development to execution and handover.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in line with PARFOIS standards.
- Manage all administrative and legal requirements associated with store openings.
- Collaborate with internal departments, landlords, suppliers, contractors, and local partners.
- Monitor construction progress, quality standards, and technical compliance.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams and manage external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify risks and implement solutions to ensure successful project delivery. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience in construction, fit-out, or store development project management, preferably within retail.
- Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Good command of Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Availability for frequent international travel.
