Together, we're building the infrastructure that powers a sustainable future Descrição How You'll Make an Impact - Lead the design development, planning, and execution of major construction projects, ensuring all deliverables meet Siemens Energy standards and sustainability guidelines. - Oversee the work of global and local design partners, from initial feasibility concepts through detailed design completion. - Support budgeting and allocation of design resources to keep projects on schedule and within budget. - Identify and manage design risks, participate in risk workshops, and implement effective mitigation strategies. - Prepare and present regular status reports, ensuring project data is accurate and up to date. - Drive continuous improvement of design processes, standards, and knowledge sharing across projects. - Collaborate with the Digital Acceleration team to implement digital tools that optimize design management and project performance. - Ensure compliance with all legal, operational, and safety requirements, and support sustainability initiatives such as energy efficiency and green building certifications. - Provide design management expertise and project controls support to the Real Estate (RE) community. - Perfil ideal What You Bring - 3-5 years' experience in design management for construction projects of industrial facilities, ideally in international and multicultural environments. - Strong knowledge of feasibility design assessments, design development, value engineering, sustainable practices, and management of design partners and consultants. - Proven ability to implement high-quality design management processes. - Experience working in multinational, multicultural teams. - Master's degree or equivalent in construction engineering, civil engineering, MEP engineering, architecture, or a related field. - Vantagens Rewards/Benefits - Competitive salary and fair compensation for international assignments - Meal allowance and comprehensive health insurance - Five additional pre-established "Pontes" vacation days (if not working abroad) - Birthday off if it falls on a weekday and you are not abroad - Free shuttle service to the Alfragide office - Access to professional development and training opportunities - Supportive, inclusive work environment with a focus on work-life balance -
