Founded in 2019, Uncapped is a fintech company focused on providing working capital to SMEs in North America and Europe.
We leverage multiple data sources to make credit decisions faster, safer and more conveniently. We are working with the largest platforms in the world, including Amazon and Walmart, and strive to be the best alternative‑lender globally.
What You Will Do ✍️
- Provide versatile support encompassing customer service, KYC, and operational tasks
- Troubleshoot and own issues end-to-end, ensuring customers are supported until full resolution
- Collaborate cross-functionally to escalate complex cases and ensure prompt resolution
- Use internal tools to streamline documentation and reporting processes
- Offer insights to improve workflows, customer experience, and product development
- Maintain clear, empathetic, and professional communication across all channels
Requirements
Who you are 👀
- Recent graduate
- 0-2 years of experience
- Able to work fixed US hours (2 PM - 10 PM, Monday to Friday)
- Experience working with KYC or due diligence processes is a plus
- Strong problem‑solving skills adaptable across various operational areas
- Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) is advantageous
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in dynamic, high‑growth environments
