What you will do?

- Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, including users, roles, profiles, and permission sets
- Configure objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and flows
- Support Sales Cloud and Service Cloud business processes
- Manage data quality through data imports, exports, cleansing, and deduplication
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards for business users
- Monitor system health, performance, and adoption
- Provide user support, troubleshooting, and training
- Implement and maintain declarative automation using Flows and other tools
- Support releases, testing, and deployments in coordination with development teams
- Ensure platform security, compliance, and best practices
- Document configurations, processes, and user guides

What you should know/have to succeed in this role:

- Experience administering Salesforce
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce core functionality, including Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
- Experience with declarative tools such as Flows, validation rules, and approval processes
- Understanding of Salesforce security and data access models
- Experience with reporting and dashboards
- Strong communication skills and a user-focused mindset
