Key Activities

- Assist with day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations of Inlife and AMS.

- Support the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.

- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes.

- Work closely with the finance team to ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.

- Liaise with vendors, clients, and other departments regarding financial matters.

- Help with financial audits and tax filings as needed.

Profile and skills to succeed

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or currently pursuing one).

- 1-2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role (internships count).

- Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks.

- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
