For the Portuguese market, we are looking for aKey Account Manager Hotel Business Portugal (m/f/d)based inLisbon.Your Role
AsKey Account Manager Hotel Business Portugal , you are responsible for theacquisition and support of regional hotel partnersacross Portugal. With your extensive account management experience, you maintainexisting national and international customer relationshipsin a structured, analytical, and strategic way. Your background in hospitality or tourism sales supports you inidentifying and acquiring new partnersspecifically for the Portuguese market. You will also managecontent maintenance and promotional planningfor your accounts.Your Responsibilities
Strategic and operational management ofPortuguese Key Accounts
Acquisition of new customers (hotel chains and individual hotels), includingpresentations, negotiations, and contract conclusionin the hospitality/leisure sector for the Portuguese market
Scaling customers tointernational source markets
Maintenance of content in theinternal CMS
Planning, execution, and coordination ofcustomer campaigns
Market and customer analysis for the Portuguese market
Implementation of strategies includingperformance monitoring
Documentation of sales activities andCRM maintenanceYour Profile
Several years of experience inhospitality key account management
Proven negotiation skills and strong motivation fornew customer acquisition
Additional experience inpurchasing (hotels or OTAs)is a plus
Profound industry knowledge inleisure hospitality
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
Independent, structured, and self-reliant working style
High commitment, initiative, resilience, and flexibility
Excellent teamwork, coordination, and interpersonal skills
Solid understanding oftechnical and business relationships
Fluent in Portuguese and English(spoken and written); additional languages are advantageous
