As part of the CBRE Portugal Marketing team, the Property Marketing Manager will lead the strategy and execution of marketing for real estate assets (offices, retail, and logistics). The main goal is to position assets in the market and maximize their commercial potential, ensuring timely and effective commercialization.
This professional will work directly with a dynamic Iberian team that includes specialists in multiple areas as digital marketing, brand, pitching, and will report directly to the Head of Marketing & Communication in Iberia. Additionally, he/she will work closely alongside the Leasing team in Portugal to ensure the best support in achieving their business objectives.
Responsabilities
- Design and coordinate the marketing strategy for each asset/building, from brand conceptualization to its distinctive positioning in the market.
- Develop comprehensive (360°) campaigns aligned with client objectives and CBRE values.
Creativity And Brand Asset Production
- Propose creative concepts and communication materials (brochures, presentations, videos, digital and physical tools) that highlight the strengths of the asset.
- Oversee production and ensure the quality and visual consistency of all materials.
Campaign Coordination And Execution
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, managing budgets and necessary resources.
- Coordinate relationships with external agencies and suppliers, ensuring proper implementation of actions.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with CBRE Leasing teams, as well as with involved external agencies and internal teams in design, digital marketing, and marketing.
- Actively participate in client proposals and pitches.
Analytics
Measure the performance of actions and propose improvements based on KPls and data.
Communication
Possess strong communication and public presentation skills, both in internal meetings and with clients.
Events
- Drive the organization of promotional events for assets, spearheading coordination and end-to-end implementation.
- Adapt strategies to diverse target audiences (customers, promoters, partners, etc.), coupled with a proven ability to swiftly resolve unforeseen challenges.
Profile & Key Competencies
- Minimum 5-6 years in similar positions, preferably in the real estate sector, marketing agencies, or consultancies.
- Demonstrable experience managing campaigns for office, retail, and logistics assets.
- Strategic thinking and creative vision.
- Coordination and project management skills with internal and external teams.
- Ability to produce and supervise marketing materials.
- Advanced PowerPoint skills and strong sensitivity to graphic design.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Results-oriented and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Excellent command of Portuguese (primary working language), but also good proficiency in English (spoken and written) and knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
- Curious mind to continuously learn new tools and to use effectively Al.
