We're looking for a Content Designer to help us revamp and maintain Pipedrive's Knowledge Base in our Lisbon office. This is a critical role that spans content writing, learning experience design, marketing and data. You'll get the chance to be a part of our awesome design team, reporting directly to the Group Design Manager and working closely with the product team and business leaders across the organization. If you enjoy unraveling technical details and transforming them into empowering, user-friendly education experiences, we'd love to meet you

Your new adventure:

- Create and maintain product documentation for customers within our Knowledge Base and in-app help experiences
- Work with product teams in Pipedrive to source information and ensure the accuracy of our documentation
- Collaborate with the Product Growth team and creative designers to develop engaging and effective learning experiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on research projects to understand product features, market trends and customer needs, and use the insights in your work
- Contribute to improving our processes and tools related to your work process: writing, content reviews, translations and managing content feedback
- Give input to resources managed by the content design team (style guides, our brand voice and copywriting standards) to ensure consistency and quality across the whole content experience
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in knowledge management and share your insights with the team to shape our strategy and processes
- Mentor other team members as needed, providing guidance and feedback to improve their work and help with their professional growth

Does this sound like you?

- 3+ years of experience with content writing, technical writing, knowledge management or a related field
- Ability to break down complex concepts into empowering, user-friendly education experiences
- A good understanding of the role language plays in designing experiences and connecting with the audience
- Experience with writing for international audiences is a plus
- Receptive to feedback; experienced in working in a respectful, highly collaborative and creative environment where flexibility is key
- The ability to manage the deadlines and requirements of your projects and stakeholders independently
- Attention to detail
- Excellent written and spoken English
- A degree in instructional design, creative writing, English or a related field is a plus
- A portfolio showcasing your work in educational content is a plus
