Problem Manager

- Higher education in the area of Information Technologies;
- Minimum professional experience of 5 years in IT Service Management;
- Minimum professional experience of 3 years in Problem Manager or similar roles;
- Proficiency in problem management software tools and ITSM platforms (EasyVista, ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or others);
- Good knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies, in order to identify trends and patterns;
- Knowledge of the energy sector regulatory environment and compliance requirements is an added value;
- Certification in ITIL Foundation (mandatory);
- Fluency in Portuguese;
- Knowledge of English is valued;
- Good analysis and planning skills;
- Good communication skills, dynamism and proactivity;
- I like teamwork and continuous learning.
