A Synchro by Egor está a recrutar Order Manager Júniorpara integrar um dos centros de serviços partilhados mais reconhecidos do país. Esta é uma excelente oportunidade para recém-licenciados que pretendem iniciar carreira em ambiente internacional, inovador e centrado na excelência operacional.
Função:
- Registar e validar Orders no sistema ERP;
- Validação de dados;
- Interface com as equipas de logística e faturação;
- Atuar como ponto de contacto entre clientes e equipas internas;
- Garantir um elevado padrão de qualidade e comunicação, assegurando a satisfação do cliente.
Horário e local de trabalho:
- De 2ª a 6ª feira, das 09h as 18h;
Requisitos:
- Licenciatura em Contabilidade, Finanças, Economia, Gestão ou similar;
- Domínio sólido de Inglês (nível B1/B2) para comunicação interna e documentação;
- Experiência anterior em funções administrativas, order management, supply chain ou semelhantes (preferencial);
- Bons conhecimentos de Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word);
- Capacidade de comunicação clara, foco no cliente e atitude proativa;
- Atenção ao detalhe, rigor no registo de dados e facilidade em gerir várias tarefas em simultâneo;
- Regime híbrido com horário flexível;
- Integração em equipa multicultural e colaborativa;
- Formação contínua e acesso a plataformas de desenvolvimento profissional;
- Participação em projetos de inovação e transformação digital;
