3. Stay up-to-date with company policy changes or new product launches and provide accurate information to Bolt Business customers and Strategic Partners.
4. Work closely with cross-functional departments to drive business growth and improve customer experience.
5. Analyze market-specific behavior to gain insights and support the team in improving customer experience and vertical procedures.
6. Project Management: Work closely with local and global teams to resolve the most challenging issues in our customer service operations.
