About the role
You will have hands on Witbe's Technologies deployment for our major Operators and Broadcasters in your zone, as part of the Operations Dept.
Witbe Technologies measure the Availability, Performance and Integrity of:
- Multiscreen applications, through STB, Mobile, and Tablets
- Interactive applications on STB
- Desktop applications: streaming, intranet...
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Assistance to the Customer Success Manager and consulting with customers on the production of measures.
- Production of custom blocks (scripts).
- Production, modification and monitoring of measures (all types of plugin).
- Ensure the maintenance in operational condition of the measurements (all types of plugin).
- Produce, modify and monitor Datalab dashboards for clients.
Profile:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or similar
- Rigorous, autonomous, "quality-oriented"
- Curiosity and taste for technology
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills with an emphasis on customer relations.
Your skills:
- Technical environment: Windows, Linux Centos, iOS, Android
- A scripting or coding language (Python) and HTML knowledge
- Experience with UNIX/Linux system administration
- Knowledge of network communication protocols (such as TCP/IP, IPsec, routing protocol)
