Business Growth & Lead Generation: Leverage your extensive network to identify and develop new business opportunities, expanding our client base in key industries.

Strategic Relationship Building: Establish and nurture long-term partnerships with decision-makers and stakeholders within end-customer companies.

Sales Pipeline Management: Drive the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closing deals, ensuring a strong and consistent revenue stream.

Consultative Selling Approach: Understand client needs and market trends to position our 360° digital marketing services as tailored, strategic solutions.

Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the Strategy, Creative, and Performance teams to develop customized proposals that align with client objectives.

Industry Insights & Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of market trends, emerging technologies, and industry shifts to identify new opportunities and competitive advantages.

Revenue & KPI Ownership: Set and achieve ambitious sales and revenue targets, consistently delivering measurable business impact.

Requirements

- +8 years of experience

- Extensive network of contacts within end-customer companies, with a proven ability to generate high-value business opportunities.

- Proven track record in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, preferably within a digital marketing, advertising, or technology-driven environment.

- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to engage and influence C-level executives and key decision-makers.

- Deep understanding of digital marketing services, including performance marketing, CRM & automation, SEO, paid media, creative strategy, and data analytics.

- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; additional languages are a plus.

- Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and entrepreneurial, with the ability to work independently while aligning with overall agency goals.

- Strong analytical mindset, capable of assessing market opportunities, ROI, and competitive positioning.
