Risk and Product Analyst (i-Gaming Industry)

As a Risk and Product Analyst in the i-gaming sector, you'll play a significant role in the creation, development, risk management, and continuous improvement of online Casino and Sportsbook products. Your role involves participating in product and risk management team activities, conducting in-depth analyses of customers, developing risk mitigation strategies, conducting Q&A tests to contribute to the development of new features, and optimizing user experience, driving growth and customer satisfaction.

From the general to the specific, you should be able to make decisions to maximize profit and stimulate interest in the product, as well as maintain active and constructive communication with institutional clients. Your work should be visible and outputs clear, supporting the management team in the decision-making process, and the sales team in negotiations where technical inputs are required. Market research and data analysis are to be performed in parallel.

Responsibilities:

Market Analysis, Betting, Bettors, and Competitiveness:

1. Comparative analysis of odds, margins, features, and product offer, weighing risks and optimization opportunities.
2. Segmentation of sports, leagues, and betting markets, calibrating limits to optimize our brands' P&L.
3. Monitoring users, recognizing player betting patterns, and profiling bettors according to individual risk and return profile.

Product Management and Development:

1. Deep knowledge of our product and features, conducting Q&A tests, thus ensuring the proper functioning of the entire platform and systems used.
2. You will create tickets identifying, describing, and proposing solutions to the problems encountered, succinctly, in writing and visually supported.
3. Product monitoring, updating, and improving the offering, including banners, thumbnails, icons, and other graphical and text elements.

Reporting, Modelling and Performance Measurement:

1. Build and maintain updated models and reports on brand performance, products, features, and the impact of actions taken.
2. Demonstrate analytically the conclusions and express in writing recommendations clearly and concisely.
3. Constant collection and processing of relevant data for the development of a comprehensive understanding of the market and the product.

Brand Management, Communication Between Teams, and Providers:

1. Bridge between the client and other stakeholders, namely our product, risk, software teams, and the service providers with whom we partner with.
2. Analyse product usage by users using performance metrics, recognizing opportunities to improve the product and customer experience.

Requirements:

1. Evident analytical aptitude, critical thinking, and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
2. Ability to build strong relationships with the customer, understanding their needs, providing solutions that add value, and visibility of the work done by the entire company.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to present information clearly and concisely.
4. Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint is a must.
5. Able to work autonomously, proactively, managing multiple tasks if necessary, and meeting deadlines.
6. Enjoys teamwork, incorporates feedback from colleagues and team leaders positively and constructively, absorbing and replicating the existing culture of excellence.
7. Preferably, academic degree in a field with a strong analytical component.
