- Assist in the monitoring and management of NAS and SMB storage systems.
- Ensure the availability, performance, and reliability of storage environments.
- Perform storage provisioning and capacity management activities.
- Troubleshoot storage-related incidents and implement corrective actions.
- Support infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and storage optimization initiatives. Storage Technologies
- Administer and support NFS storage systems.
- Manage and maintain SMB storage environments.
- Support and optimize enterprise storage platforms, including:
- NetApp
- Dell PowerScale
- Perform SAN disk provisioning activities. Automation & Scripting
- Develop and maintain automation scripts to improve operational efficiency.
- Bash
- KSH
- Python
- Perl
- Ansible
- Work closely with Infrastructure teams, including:
- Backup
- Network
- Wintel
- Security
- Contribute to operational excellence and continuous improvement projects.
- Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong expertise in:
- NFS storage systems
- SMB storage systems
- Windows Active Directory
- Advanced knowledge of:
- NetApp
- Dell PowerScale
- Knowledge of SAN disk provisioning.
- Experience with scripting and automation tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities. Technical Skills Mandatory
