Responsibilities

- 🟢 Garantir a qualidade e consistência dos nossos dados, assegurando que alimentam corretamente todos os sistemas e dashboards.

- 🟢 Gerir e validar o processo de leitura de faturas de energia, um dos pilares do nosso serviço.

- 🟢 Analisar processos que não correram como esperado no backoffice e desenhar soluções para os otimizar.

- 🟢 Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com as equipas de Tecnologia e Produto, ajudando a automatizar e melhorar processos internos.

- 🟢 Liderar mini-projetos de otimização operacional — desde pequenos ajustes de processos a novas automações que criem impacto direto.

- 🟢 Apoiar a equipa de Operações em novas iniciativas e desafios diários, num ambiente onde a inovação acontece todos os dias.

Qualifications

- ✔️ Tens excelente atenção ao detalhe e uma mentalidade analítica.

- ✔️ Gostas de trabalhar com dados, processos e de tornar tudo mais eficiente.

- ✔️ Tens capacidade de organização e gestão de prioridades num contexto dinâmico.

- ✔️ És curioso/a, proativo/a e gostas de aprender coisas novas.

- ✔️ Tens bons conhecimentos de Excel / Google Sheets.

- ✔️ Plus: conhecimentos de SQL e/ou Python (vais ter muitas oportunidades para usar).

- ✔️ Experiência anterior em operações, backoffice, controlo de qualidade ou ambientes de startup é valorizada.
