Role

We are seeking a full-time, on-site In-House Real Estate Lawyer to manage all legal matters related to residential property sales and corporate structuring. This is a hands-on role with direct responsibility for CPCVs, final deeds (escrituras), and client transactions, acting as the internal legal reference for the company in an international, English-speaking work environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Draft, review, and manage CPCVs for apartment sales
- Coordinate and support final deeds with notaries and clients
- Provide legal support throughout the full sales process
- Ensure compliance with Portuguese real estate and contract law
- Incorporate and manage companies / SPVs
- Maintain and standardize legal documentation

Requirements

- Law degree; Portuguese Bar registration preferred
- 1–2+ years' experience in real estate law
- Strong knowledge of Portuguese property, contract, and corporate law
- Fluent English required; Portuguese mandatory
- Detail-oriented, autonomous, and business-minded
