🧐 WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU?

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 15+ years in SAP CRM with at least 5 years in architecture leadership.
- Proven track record in large-scale CRM transformations in utilities preferably)
- Advanced English is mandatory as most of the internal stakeholders are part of an international team.
- Apply ASAP/Activate delivery patterns with clear stage gates from Project Preparation, Blueprint, Realization, Final Preparation, and Go-Live & Support.
- Embed modern CRM best practices and utility-specific controls; uphold compliance, performance, and change-control standards.
- Continuously improve by leveraging lessons learned, observability metrics, and roadmap innovations.
- Deep expertise in SAP CRM architecture, middleware, and integration frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of utilities processes and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in SAP Clean Core principles and S/4HANA roadmap.

Preferred Attributes:

- Experience with OpenText and advanced CRM analytics.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

🧐 HOW WILL YOUR DAILY JOB BE?

Architecture & Strategy

- Design end-to-end SAP CRM architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.
- Define integration patterns between SAP CRM, IS-U, BW/BI, and third-party systems.
- Establish governance for extensions, custom developments, and middleware flow

Solution Design & Innovation

- Translate business objectives into architectural blueprints and technical standards.
- Recommend modernization strategies, including migration to S/4HANA Utilities.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and propose enhancements for CRM capabilities.

Integration & Data Management

- Govern middleware (PI/PO/CPI) and API/web service frameworks.
- Define master and transactional data replication strategies with auditability.
- Ensure robust security and performance benchmarks across integrations.

Quality & Compliance

- Enforce architecture reviews, performance testing, and non-functional validations.
- Maintain documentation for compliance and audit readiness.
