Tasks

Your responsibilities as a Recruiter will be:

1. Recruitment and selection processes of international customer service agents
2. Managing the selection process via phone and email contact and keeping the applications database updated
3. Analyzing CVs and making pre-selection calls, both with local and international applicants from all over Europe
4. Validating applicants' language skills, technical skills, and soft skills required
5. Organizing, preparing, and executing selection activities
6. Managing relocation support for applicants and being the 1st point of contact for them during the selection process
7. Conducting interviews with the applicants and presenting a final short-list of selected candidates
8. Completing a high volume of administrative tasks in a precise manner
9. Ensuring structured and organized work procedures and being adaptive to a flexible work environment

Requirements

What you need to succeed in this role:

1. A native level of German and min. B2 level of English
2. Having first experience in Recruitment
3. Ability to handle a high volume of tasks, calls, and recruitment processes
4. Having a strong interest in Human Resources and the right level of empathy
5. Having organizational skills and able to work independently
6. Being a team player
7. Living in or willing to relocate to Lisbon/Porto for an international career and life experience
8. Having a valid Portuguese work permit (required)

What's in it for you?

1. Contract: 12 months contract (30 days trial)
2. Private health insurance from day 1
3. Working hours: 40h/week (8h/day, 5 days a week) on a rotative schedule Monday to Saturday 08.00 to 19.00
4. For international candidates: Relocation package including accommodation, flight reimbursement after 6 months, help with paperwork
5. Without accommodation: 1400€ GROSS + meal allowance
6. With accommodation: 1120€ GROSS + meal allowance (only in relocation package)
