Descrição do emprego

Cumprir com as atividades de serviço planeadas para os clientes atribuídos nas suas instalações. Isto inclui recolher amostras de água, analisá-las e reportar os resultados, assegurar que se mantêm os níveis adequados de stock e revisão dos equipamentos de dosagem química, medição e controlo.

- Realizar o serviço técnico e redigir relatório técnico de Serviço para o cliente e responsável de vendas da conta.
- Trabalhar independentemente no terreno e manter o seu supervisor informado sobre a situação dos clientes. Qualquer problema, dificuldade ou proposta da concorrência deve ser reportado imediatamente ao supervisor. As vendas são responsabilidade do Account.
- Analisar o programa de tratamento adequado com o Account Manager. Propor à equipa anteriormente descrita áreas de melhoria do sistema.
- O técnico de serviço faz parte da equipa de Field Services e deve ter competências na aplicação de tecnologias de tratamento de águas e atendimento ao cliente. Deve participar nas reuniões de vendas em determinados casos.
- Pode ser-lhe solicitado assistir a demonstrações, teste de produtos e arranques. Nestes casos, o Account Manager é responsável pelo planeamento e deve dar autorização para tais tarefas, sempre em concordância com o Sales Director envolvido.
- Pode ser necessária a prestação de assistência técnica noutra região ou distrito. Em tais casos, o FS Manager deve coordenar o trabalho.
- Realizar o trabalho de manutenção de rotina em equipamentos de dosagem, medição e controlo.
- Apoio a desinfeções de legionella e auditorias de equipamentos relacionadas com as mesmas.
- Manuseamento eficaz do Service & Operation Portal (Intranet).
- Proporcionar um nível profissional de assistência e apoio aos Account Managers, em linha com os requisitos do negócio.
- Análises de rotina em cooling, caldeira e águas de processo usando as ferramentas padrão e as técnicas analíticas colorimétricas, bem como a interpretação dos resultados.
- Calibração dos sensores como pH, sondas, etc.
- Preparação de relatórios e comunicação com os clientes. Introdução dos mesmos e preenchimento de relatório interno do Services & Operations Portal.
- Recolha de amostras de água para envio a laboratórios.
- Pequenas reparações de bombas doseadoras.
- Competências de engenharia básicas, dependendo do local de trabalho.
- Reportar as condições adversas ao supervisor.

Habilitações

- Formação em Engenharia Química, Biologia, Química ou similar.
- Conhecimento da indústria química (processos, instrumentação, ...).
- Capacidade técnica/analítica para interpretar resultados.
- Trabalho em equipa.
- Capacidade de organização/planeamento.
- Capacidade para trabalhar sem supervisão.
- Resolução de problemas.
- Orientação para o cliente.
- Conhecimentos de informática na ótica do utilizador.
- Bom nível de inglês.
- Carta de condução válida.
