A successful model: more than 3000 Extians working in more than 20 agencies in France and abroad, 1st Great Place To Work® in France, since 7 years in the EU GPTW, 160 million euros of turnover, and plenty of energy At Extia, it's "First who, then what" so, let's do it 🚀 What You Will Do - Develop, configure, and maintain scalable observability and analytics solutions using the ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) across distributed banking systems; - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (backend, frontend, platform engineering) to integrate ELK capabilities with Java applications and Angular dashboards; - Customize Kibana dashboards to visualize logs, metrics, and trace data for both technical and business stakeholders; - Participate in the enhancement of logging frameworks, error tracking, and system health monitoring to improve performance, reliability, and incident response; - Work within Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and engage proactively in sprint planning, retrospectives, and code reviews. What You Need - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field; - Experience with the ELK Stack and familiarity with observability concepts; - Experience in Java development and exposure to Angular applications; - Version control (Git) and CI/CD tooling experience; - Good verbal and written communication in English and Portuguese.
