Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and Performance Max with a strategic mindset
- Monitor performance daily, interpreting data to optimize budgets, bids, keywords, and creatives
- Translate client goals into clear campaign structures and measurable KPIs
- Provide thoughtful analysis and performance insights, turning data into actionable recommendations
- Maintain account health through regular audits, testing, and refinement
- Collaborate closely with internal strategists, creatives, and account teams to ensure alignment and consistency
- Communicate campaign progress clearly and professionally with stakeholders

Core Qualifications

- Proven experience managing Google Ads accounts with measurable performance outcomes
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with performance data
- Solid understanding of paid search fundamentals, keyword strategy, and conversion optimization

- High attention to detail, combined with the ability to see the bigger strategic picture
