Job Title: Salesforce Technician

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Technician to join our client’s team in the Food and Beverages sector.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain Salesforce corrective and evolutive maintenance, including the Aforza App.
  • Develop and implement new modules in the platform.
  • Plan and implement tools for continuous improvement of the Salesforce department, managing an external partners network.
  • Participate in technical studies for Salesforce solutions development and ensure information logs are up-to-date.
Required Skills:
  • Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Expertise in Salesforce, API, Low-Code, RPA, and Microsoft Power Apps.
  • Experience with Analytics and Information Systems management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
