Responsibilities
- Assist customers via email, phone, and in-person, providing solutions and guidance.
- Handle complaints and order‑related issues efficiently.
- Contribute to other projects as needed, leveraging your skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish (mandatory) and Portuguese.
- Strong communication and learning abilities.
- Experience in customer service or support roles.
- Good computer literacy.
