Development Engineer – Reliability Engineer for Electrical Solutions (f/m/div.)

Responsibilities

- Derive reliability requirements from load and use‑case profiles.

- Drive and moderate quality prevention and product improvement sessions (e.g., FMEAs, focus matrix, DRBFMs, risk assessments).

- Assemble and execute test setups, create test plans, and perform reliability and validation tests.

- Actively participate in the creation and review of reliability test procedures and safety directives.

- Present test results and support development teams in solving quality issues (e.g., 8D problem‑solving).

Qualifications

- Master’s or PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Physics Engineering, or related field.

- Experience with reliability tests, component testing, statistical methods, and material science.

- Previous experience in product technical development.

- Background in refrigeration applications.

Knowledge & Technical Skills

- Mechanical construction, fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, and refrigeration.

- Experience with lab IT tools (e.g., Matlab, LabView).

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Languages

- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
