We're seeking a SAP EHS Specialist to join the Support & Maintenance team in Lisbon, where you'll play a key role in improving and evolving digital solutions that support health, safety and environmental excellence.

What You'll Do

• Manage and enhance SAP EHS applications to ensure compliance and business continuity

• Support incident resolution and bug fixes

• Write functional specifications for development teams

• Test, validate, and document customizations and EHS-related developments

• Collaborate with IT, product managers and HSE experts to design process improvements

• Contribute to projects both as a team member or as Project Manager

• Support key EHS domains including Product Safety, SDS Authoring & distribution, Dangerous Goods, and Global Label Management

• Work with regulatory frameworks such as SVT, SVHC & PCN compliance

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP EHS (Product Safety, SVT, SVHC, PCN, 3E)

• Proficiency with Expert Rules configuration & SAP EHS customization

• Understanding of SAP BW reporting and basic interfacing knowledge

• Experience working with IDocs, ALE, integration tools

• Familiarity with process safety, occupational health/safety, industrial hygiene

• Knowledge of Global Label Management & S/4 Product Compliance is a plus

• Fluency in English — additional languages appreciated
