- Review videos, images, comments, posts and audio.
- Identify content that does not comply with community guidelines.
- Classify content and document moderation decisions.
- Flag recurring issues and work with colleagues on complex cases. What makes you a good fit?
- Fluency in Estonian and English.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Ability to follow evolving guidelines and handle repetitive tasks.
- Professionalism when reviewing potentially sensitive or distressing content.

Location:
Lisbon, Portugal
- Work model: On-site
- Schedule: Rotating shifts covering 24/7 operations, including nights, weekends and public holidays
- Training: Approximately three weeks, delivered in English
- Accommodation: A furnished room in shared company accommodation may be available for eligible candidates living more than 100 km from the workplace. Conditions apply.
