Algarve, Portugal (on the road) Type: Full-time Algarve Cleaning Crew is hiring a Field Sales Rep. We are a fast growing window cleaning company located in the Algarve serving clients with villas, apartments and homes all along the coast. Our customers pick us because we turn up on time, do the job properly and treat their homes with respect. Demand is growing, and we need someone to get out on the road and turn that interest into booked work. What you’ll do
- Drive around the Algarve visiting homeowners, villa owners, property managers and local businesses
- Run quote visits: look at the property, work out what it needs and price it on the spot
- Follow up on quotes and close the work
- Upsell and cross-sell
- Turn one-off jobs into regular, recurring customers
- Find new business through door-to-door and local outreach
- Be the face of Algarve Cleaning Crew wherever you go What we’re looking for
- At least 2 years in sales. Door-to-door experience is ideal, and other customer-facing sales roles count too
- Fluent English (essential). Fluent Portuguese is a big plus
- Full, valid driving licence (essential)
- You live in the Algarve
- Presentable, punctual and reliable. You arrive when you say you will
- Friendly and respectful, the kind of person people are happy to welcome onto their property
- Confident enough to ask for the sale, and honest enough to keep the customer for years
- Self-motivated and comfortable managing your own day on the road What you’ll get
