Location:
You have to be based in Lisbon, Berlin or London A fully hands-on engineering role building AI agents already used by major enterprise customers. You'll join an AI-native SaaS scale-up that's raised over €40M, with established international customers and a team of 60 people. The founder has previously founded and exited a tech business valued at around €2 billion and is now building another. They're building AI agents that automate everyday business tasks. Real customers, real engineering challenges and AI that's actually doing the work.
- Fully remote: No mandatory office days, with engineering communities in Lisbon, Berlin and London.
- AI-native engineering: They don't just build AI products. They use AI agents to build software too.
- Modern development: Using Claude Code, Codex and other AI tools throughout development, including spec-driven development.

- Building software across the frontend and backend.
- Developing AI products and agents used by enterprise customers.
- Using AI coding agents to help plan, write, test and review code.
- Working with product teams and customers to solve real problems.
- Taking ownership of features from initial idea through to production. Who are they looking for?
- Strong hands-on software engineering experience.
- Full-stack experience building production applications.
- Experience using Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or similar AI coding tools.
- Experience with agentic coding and spec-driven development.
- Someone who enjoys building products, solving problems and working independently. Tech stack: TypeScript, Node.js, React, PostgreSQL and GCP. You don't need experience with every technology. The details
