Accounting Analyst

The company is currently looking to hire an Accounting Analyst / Controller (M/F) to join its Audit, Planning and Control Department, at its headquarters located in Trofa, Portugal.

Responsibilities:
- Preparation of periodic reports to monitor operational activity and support strategic decision‑making;
- Support in the preparation of the annual budget and deviation analysis;
- Development of business plans;
- Development of the management and performance control model;
- Collection and analysis of management information;
- Development of management information systems. Profile:
- Degree preferably in Accounting, Management, Economics, or Industrial Management Engineering;
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in accounting and controlling roles;
- Knowledge and experience using SAP;
- Proficiency in IT tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, etc.);
- Advanced English user;
- Strong analytical skills and critical thinking;
- High sense of responsibility, organization, and attention to detail;
- Good interpersonal skills.
