The Role
What does your day-to-day in this role look like as a Travel Sales Advisor:
1. Active sales advice via telephone regarding the selection of hotels with the aim of successful hotel reservations.
2. Create appropriate offers based on the traveler's wishes and needs, and subsequent direct booking.
3. Receive complaints and actively deal with them accordingly.
4. Professional management of booking changes, as well as any other customer concerns.
Ideal Profile
1. You have at least 1 year experience within a B2C Sales or Sales Operations / Sales Support role, ideally within the Hospitality industry.
2. You are a strong networker & relationship builder.
3. You are highly goal driven and work well in fast-paced environments.
