Responsibilities
1. Assist in recruitment efforts, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
2. Support the payroll process by collecting and verifying employee data, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement.
3. Maintain employee records and assist in onboarding new hires.
4. Handle administrative HR tasks, such as preparing offer letters and employment contracts.
5. Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
6. Assist with employee queries related to HR processes, benefits, and payroll.
Requirements
1. Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
2. 1+ years of experience in recruitment or HR administration.
3. Good understanding of HR principles, labour laws, and payroll procedures.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
