The Role
We're looking for a Senior Financial Accountant to join our high-performing Finance team. This is a hands-on, technical role where you'll manage complex financial processes across multiple entities and currencies. You'll play a key part in month-end management, compliance with IFRS and GAAP, VAT and tax reporting, and process improvement projects.
What You'll Do:

Own the month-end closing process for multiple entities
Ensure compliance with IFRS and local GAAP standards
Manage multi-currency transactions and FX accounting
Support VAT and corporate tax compliance across regions
Assist with audits, reporting, and budget variance analysis
Drive process improvements and implement new financial controls
Contribute to projects like KPI dashboards and expense system rollouts
What We're Looking For:

3-5 years of progressive accounting experience (multi-entity, multi-currency)
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Fluent in English
Experience with Xero or similar ERP systems
Proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player with strong problem-solving skills
