What You'll Be Doing
As a Customer Support Representative, you will:
1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, delivering exceptional service.
2. Resolve customer issues and provide technical support for products and services.
3. Assist customers with troubleshooting and solving problems related to their accounts and products.
4. Stay updated with product knowledge to provide accurate and helpful solutions.
5. Keep customers informed on the progress of their requests and ensure issues are resolved to their satisfaction.

We want individuals who are passionate about delivering great customer service and enjoy working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. If you're a German speaker with excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you
Requirements
1. Native or fluent German, with a strong command of English.
2. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
3. Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
4. Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, but not required.
5. A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
